Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 20 pounds.
Pet deposit is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets.
Pets must be housebroken and properly inoculated.
Restricted breed groups are Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Elkhounds, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, and Wolf Breeds.
Any other pets, reptiles, rodents, or exotic pets must be approved by management prior to moving in.
